Policies

Refund Policy:

• Refunds are available only if the appointment is canceled at least 24 hours in advance.

• No refunds will be provided for incomplete appointments due to insufficient or invalid identification.

Privacy Policy:

• All client information is kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties except as required by law.

• Documents will not be copied or retained by K & D Mobile Notary.

Late and No-Show Policy:

• A late fee of $15 will apply if the signer is more than 15 minutes late.

• No-shows will result in the forfeiture of any prepaid fees.

​

Rescheduling Policy:

• Appointments can be rescheduled once without a penalty if notice is provided at least 12 hours in advance.

• Additional rescheduling requests may incur a $10 administrative fee.
